Svetoslav searched UNDERNEATH the car to find scratches which he claimed we did. I did not look underneath the car when I took the rental since NO other rental company ever looks there. I feel cheated.

He was so nice to bring us to the hotel after we paid more then €600 for the "lost items". (The license plate was stolen)
His service very bad. 1st he let me pay my 1 day reservation. I told him, I'm already paid in the same branch. He Dont check his system. 2nd he want me charge the full tank. He already check the car and he want me to charge the tank, even its already full. Before I drop the car I full the tank. But he ask me too much about the receipt, where the gasoline station. After that his Co- worker told him it's OK. The last thing I'm angry, he let me paid 136.90 liva because he saw the small 3 pcs. hair from my small dog. Does this make sense 136.90 liva for the 3pcs. Hair????. I put my dog inside the kennel. But when I pick up the car not clean. Before I drop the car in your office I cleaned it inside and outside. More I cleaned, than I pick up. He tried me to charge anything. And no respect to the customer. I like your car and I want to rent for my third times. This is my plan and to share to my friends. but your agent very bad service. I hope I don't want to meet him again in your office. I Want to know it is right to charge me 136.90 liva/70 euro because of the hair? More expensive than my 1day rent 43euro? I hope you will check it about this. I paid coz I don't want spend my time with him. He tried to find a problem to charge the customer.
I rented the car for 18 days and paid a lot of money for cross boarding fee too however the customer service was very very bad, they did not tell me about the Asian and European part of the Turkey and must pay a fee to cross the Asian part instead they decided to scam me as the customer as I have been the customer for the last 2 years. Very disgusting and disgraceful.
