Today when I bring the van at first he say to me why you bring here and where is the blue card . Explain because nobody gives me blue card for parking and they told me to bring here. After we go to check the van everything was perfect but we try to open again the right sea from the middle and we can't put again and we left down. She told me you broke that and we can't give you back the guarantee deposit. I try many many times to explain but she didn't want to understand. I said to her go back to see you it's not broken , it is unblocking. She says no. Then I took the keys ( off course because I yelled the police come ) and we go to the van again with Elena and three police officer I put with my friend the seat an I saw her how it's work and in never broken. Many many times I said to her to just call the previous girl ho give us the van and explain about this seat. VERY DISASTER EXPERIENCE. I travel a lot but first time I have these treatment.
We followed the advice by refueling at the OMV gas station. We even rounded up to the next unit. We noticed that the needle of the gauge was not perfectly vertical, but it was impossible to fill more. We continued our crossing of Sofia in some traffic jams. At the office, the attendant claimed that he was missing about 10 liters and asked us to return to refuel. It was almost 18 hours. In front of his state of mind we feared to pay more then for a late return of the vehicle. We resigned ourselves to paying a high tax (48.49 BGN)

Rude person, very impolite. In case of scratches, if no third party involved, no witnesses, you have definitely not an obligation to get police report in case of no injury according to EU law. I was charged despite of having purchased zero-deductible coverage against ALL damages! It’s an illegal charge according my lawyer despite of your internal regulations in the rental agreements that may differ. No accident, no injury = no need for police report according to EU law. Insurance coverage should pay for all new scratches that should be reported by yourselves to an insurance company. It’s easy to report it based on rental agreement. Full coverage is full coverage in any case! Everything other is a clear fraud scheme, nothing else! You will get a refund from insurance company (you should get it upon rental agreement where a statement of new damages is included) and you have charged it me as well. So, you get double refund and additionally I paid for a full insurance without getting a refund for the small damages. Again, nowhere in EU a police report is required/requested for just scratches! Only in case of accidents with injuries or where a third party is involved. Full coverage should regulate all other issues! I was thinking to build a long-term relationship, therefore I rented again (first time last year and this year again), I registered myself on your homepage to get discounts year-for-year, because we have a family in northern Greece and I hoped it will be a cheaper option to travel there via Sofia every year. No, with such additional fees despite of taking (and paying) full insurance it’s definitely not cheaper though and I won’t take part in such fraud schemes. I’m deeply concerned!
There was noone at the drop-off. I called the company and was told it was fine, just to drop the keys. Now 5 days later they state there is damage to the car even though I was told I had full protection. I was supposed to call the police for an accident that did not happen.
