Svetoslav searched UNDERNEATH the car to find scratches which he claimed we did. I did not look underneath the car when I took the rental since NO other rental company ever looks there. I feel cheated.

I rented a car for two weeks and in less than 24 hrs... the car broke down for technical reasons and saying that service is due in 24 days. Car switched to safe mode and they expected us to drive to our accomodation (up in the mountains) with a car locked in safe mode driving 20km per hr. HOW CAN ONE DRIVE IN THE HIGHWAY AT 20KM PER HR? Car was changed the next day, but i had to pay accomodation for 4 persons till they brought us the replacement car and we lost 2 days of our travelling plans. Also the replacement car had the usb for satellite maps faulty.... so i also had to buy a mobile holder, when i specifically rented a car with sat mqp. This was my 5th time renting from Top Rent a Car and this is the first time i had such issues and i will not return to their service as i want to enjoy my holiday not worry about a car that should have been serviced accordingly! ⁶

Scam operation with unauthorised charges made to my credit card. E24 for parking the car in the correct spot and leaving the key in the box on the counter - no service provided.
It was a long 5 week (and expensive) rental. Of course the car was dirty when I returned it! I have rented literally hundreds of cars all over the world and never been hit with such a fraudulent “cleaning” fee. What do you think I am paying the rental for? If it was 35 one day rentals you would have cleaned the car 35 times!!!
I will dispute your charge via MasterCard and unless the charges is reversed with 24 hours you can expect the internet to be covered with negative reviews.

The car was underpowered and had very low range. Had to charge daily and even with fast charger wasted more time that I planned on. Customer service was polite, but unhelpful when I called about returning the car early and then later inquiring about keeping it longer. Rental company demanded I return by 6am, even though I was charged for the full day. If I was to extend the rental beyond 6am, I had to pay a second full day rate. Considering I had paid full price for that day, it felt like a money grab and certainly not an honest way to treat your customers. Will not book from this company again and would certainly not book a low quality electric vehicle in the future. #fail

Terrible service and high prices. Rented a 9-seater. This seemed ok at first. But we decided to take 2 days in Turkey. To cros the border we had to pay €130 for them to prepare the documents we needed. In addition, we had to pay a double deductible, which we were only informed about when we came to collect the documents.
When we arrived at the rental place, it turned out that they had managed to send the documents to an office in Burgas, instead of Sunny Beach where we rented the car.
We then had to drive to Burgas to collect these documents. After a lot of back and forth, we finally got back to the hotel with the right documents. Then we got a call from customer service that they were missing a signature and that I had to go back again for this.
When we returned again, there was no one in the office. I called customer service again and was then told that I had to come back later in the evening.
This ended with us spending a large part of the day fixing these documents.. A very bad experience.
The car was also out of adblue when we got it. I was then told to fill this myself, at the nearest petrol station.
Recommend steering clear of this rental site

In addition to this, they were also not at the office when we had to deliver the car at the airport. We even paid extra because they had to work later due to the late departure of our flight. This meant that we could not look over the car together and the deposit was withheld.

After your signal, we forwarded your complaint to the Quality and Control Department and they found that in a telephone conversation our colleagues informed you clearly and in details about all taxes and changes in the deposit in case if you cross the border with our car. Our representative at the office informed you that the documents for Cross Border will need to be taken from our office at Plaza Mall, since you applied for this service at the last moment and they will not be able to transferred them to our office in Nessebar. You agreed to all the terms both in the office and over the phone, so we are very sorry that as a result you were not satisfied and describe your experience in the reviews in a negative way. It is precisely because of such situations that we encourage our customers to place orders for travel abroad in advance, so that we prepare the necessary documents and provide them to you when You take the car. Разговор вал хамски, я стоял в очереди1 час 15 мин. Обманул со страховкой,сказал,что ничего незнает не про букинг, не про оплату. Хотел взять двойную аренду. Со страховкой я оплатил через букинг,и онсказал что это не действует и букинг обманул меня. Вообщем потерял время и 2раза пришлось оплаить страховку.

Indeed, our office in Sofia is the most busiest of all our offices and sometimes some of our customers, who arrive at the same time have to wait for a while.
