Malaysia The car was good. But the booking process was terrible. We were SCAMMED! We had clearly mentioned that we will return the car late (at 10pm after office hour), because we already bought our train ticket back around 11pm, and we were willing to pay 1 day extra (Euro40). However your staff (Rostislav) told us that we can just dropped the car anytime after 6pm, he only told us that he will put 6pm on paper as procedure. At 10pm, upon returning, we were asked to pay Euro100++ for late return. That is twice the price for paying 1 extra day (Euro40)! And your staff (Svetoslav) were very rude. He even accused us of lying. He even then forced us to sign the document against our will, forcing us to agreed on paying the late charge. He lied saying that the office had call us asking for the car which we have not received any call for your office AT ALL! He also tried to charge us on dented done on the car by previous rental. Repeatedly going in and out of the return office checking the car for several of time. While the record of the dent were all ready on the paper. We will NOT recommend anyone to use this car service anymore! And we will also leave comments on all others media and travelling websites and portal.

Syria I have a deal to pickup and return the car to the airport, the agent informed me that deal is with third party not with us. So I went to pickup the car from toprent head office which was so bad for me. Then I have paid twice for car full protection, as per the agent that third party full protection is not acceptable. Total extra payment was 38€ 18€ for full protection 20€ fees to return the car to head office This was very bad experience for me
