Already rent a couple of cars before with the company and I was always happy with Top rent a car in Bulgaria. Withthe quality of cars, the service, etc.
However this time I had to fill up oil when the alert popped up on the screen. Called the support and they told me I should ask for an invoice for the oil an pay cash. What can I say, things turned out that the gas station would give me an invoice even when I asked for it several times and I forgot to not pay by debit card.
The result: they don't refund the money for the oil. I am really upset!
Don't know If I want to recommend the company or rent again.
Arrived at the other terminal T1. At the service station there was noone there, although I mentioned my flight number in the reservation.
There was a number to call the representatives, however no one picked up. Tried several times. In the end I shuttled to T2. There everything went fine. However wished T1 would have offered service to.
During dropoff I stumbled upon the oil invoice issue with Kiril. We was sort of polite, however didn't seem very motivated to help me out.
