Indeed, our office in Sofia is the most busiest of all our offices and sometimes some of our customers, who arrive at the same time have to wait for a while. Pay 97 lv for a wet spot from clotes , i tell them 10 time i can clean it it was not possible.. last time i rent by top rent a car what a bad people in varna airport.. i come every year 6 times to rent a car you can be also polite to youre quessts.. and i want my deposit for 503 lv back still now resive it on my credit card..!!!!!

I RETURNED THE CAR 14/12/2022 AT 21:20 AND THE DROP OFF PERSON AT -4 TERMINAL 2 TOLD US THAT HE WILL NOT CHECK IT UNTIL WE GIVE HIM 24EURO.IN FACT HE WAS WALKING AND DOING NOTHING AT ALL. THIS IS INSANE.

We got around 10 minutes before take up called by Top-Rent-A-Car. We got a message that our 2 baby seats would not be delivered.
This raised for us serious problems since it is not allowed by law to drive around with small children.
Therefore we had to buy additional seats. We choosed a seat which we had before in other countries and normally would suit. Since we had a flight back home we simply also had to leave the seat in the car.
I have a photocopy of the receipt of the seat, which was 150Lev. I want to settle on a proper way the costs we had to make. You, Top-Rent-A-Car now have an extra seat avaiable which you can earn back in around 2/3 weeks of rental, for which you did not pay for. See also our earlier mail correspondence.

Dont take the electric cars. you will not reach the next loading Station with the low electric mileage. In Varna there is a poor infrastructure of loading stations.
