Your staff at the reception desk, especially Angelina Stamrekova and the parking man, demonstrated absolutely inappropriate behaviour and rude behaviour during the car reception process. The parking attendant was loudly shouting at me when I tried to unload my luggage next to the reception office because there was no single place to park my car in the designated area. He was also trying to physically prevent my luggage from being uploaded, requesting me to park my car in the designated parking area. But there was not even a single place to park there. Angelina Stamrekova has stated that one plastic cover of the wheel was a bit scratched and showed me a picture. I denied this totally, as the car was used only to drive to Plovdiv and back and all the time stayed at the parking place. I am sure that is not my fault, and she was not able to prove that this plastic cover was not scratched before my rent. When I refused to pay penalties not my fault, she was shouting at me publicly. I have my colleagues who were witnesses to her inappropriate behaviour. I am refusing payment she requested as it was not my fault. Its look like a trick without proving the previous status of the car, use only the photo after to request extra. payment. It's not the European style of business. What are you getting from this trick lying? 150 EUR?? But initially I planned to rent a few cars for long periods to my staff who are working in Plovdiv. I am afraid you lost thousands using unproven blame on me and providing inappropriate service. By the way, the car was FULLY insured and paid for this. How its possible that with the insurance, the cheap plastic cover of the wheel specifically is so expensive? Is it because it's so easy to do such a nasty trick with your clients? Please explain? Overall, everything with the car itself was perfectly fine, the vehicle was in good condition and we had no issues during the rental. However, we were not informed about any penalty or additional fee for leaving the state. This was never clearly communicated to us at the time of booking or pickup. When we returned the car, we were unexpectedly charged €300 for this reason. Only at drop-off were we told that there would have been a €110 fee if we had declared it in advance, which we absolutely would have paid if we had been properly informed. This lack of transparency was disappointing and significantly affected our overall experience.

Вашият служител Иван Иванов в централен офис Света Гора начисли 90 евро глоба за това че в багажника на автомобила имаше разсипан пчелен прашец. Прашеца е лесно изчистващ се с една прахосмукачка, но служителят настоя че това е за миене. Моля да преразгледате това, и да ми върнете парите. Искам да продължа да ползвам услугите ви.

Иван начисли неправомерно сумата от 90 евро за нещо, което струва 2 евро да се изчисти с прахосмукачка. Обясних му че нямам такива пари, и въпреки това ме остави гладна. Пожелавам му да намери работа която го прави щастлив, а не да вгорчава животите на хората, защото той е недоволен от неговия.
Много лошо отношение, не бих препоръчала, начисли такса за която не беше нужно да се начислява. Моля да не ми начислявате такси, защото някой не е ял. Искам пълен рифънд или ще търся правна помощ.

Bad experience from start to finish! First it starten with the fact that I booked the car to Rent in the Airport Terminal. This always means the car is very close to the Airport and not 10minutes away by car! Nobody was at the Terminal Office when we landed on 7th april and everyone we contacted was very unfriendly and not understanding the Problem! It Tool us Almost 2 Hours to get the car, it has never took me that Long to rent a car! So we lost precious time on our holidays! And on the drop off this morning the guys where unfriendly too and it took longer than the guys at the pick off told us. They said it’s no Problem when we drop off the car at 4:30 and it would just take a few minutes. It were actually more than 20minutes and if we wouldn‘t Tell the guy we were in hurry to get out plane we might have been to late for our flight. So in total we will definitely not recommend your Company to anyone!

Дълго чакане на студ и дъжд с дете при пристигането. Шатъл за 8 човека при чакащи 16. Такса която трябваше да платя при връщане с 50% отгоре, която никой не ми обясни да платя при взимане на колата

Do not rent a car from Top Rent a Car Bulgaria. If you have to, take videos, ensure you have separate insurance. They ate aggresive and not care about customers.

I returned the car in good condition. My child threw up on the back seat, but it was not stained. It will go out with any regular interior car wash. I was charged 80 eur for this. I consider it an abuse and will do a formal complaint.

I had to wait more than 5-10 mins for him to come, although there were not any other customers He did not want to explain or listen, he just said the car is not in good condition. As opposed to the other employees, he did not try to work with me- just said this is the company policy.
