Car was not ready when picking up. Took more than 45min. Because it was given to someone else who drove it first without re-fueling.
The car punctured, after warning against tire inflation level since the beginning.

Totaly bad company. NIT RETURNED DEPOSIT... WANT CHARGE FOR SCRACESS BUT SCRACSES WAS BEFORE WE RENT CAR. WE HAVE ALL VIDEO.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY THEY TAKE DEPOSIT FOR 620€.

We take car 18.00 returned 14.00.
We paid for full 7 days.
But they charge us pluss 2 hours.

I travel all over Europe for work and this was the worst experience I have had with a car rental. Despite having paid 160 euros for one day including full insurance, I had to wait 20 minutes when returning the car to check for any damage. They complained about a small scratch on the rim, my protests were of no avail since I had full insurance, they withheld my 30 euro deposit. A scam for tourists

Первый раз машину в аэропорту Бургаса я ждал два часа и написал об этом в предыдущем отзыве, но даже никто не принёс извенения!
Во второй раз 05.07 я ждал машину 40 минут и ещё 40 минут ваш представитель оформлял документы. Когда я спросил его как настроить навигатор, он попытался, но у него ничего не получилось и он сказал что не знает. Больше я не буду пользоваться услугами вашей компании, но я пониманию, что вам это всё равно.

The documents that were given to me were not accepted by customs in turkey. That was the whole reason we rented the car. Then when returning it the lady tried saying we broke the trunk but it wasn’t us. Ridiculous.

So unhappy 🙁 after 15 rentals I have just been treated in the most terrible way. When I collected the car 4 weeks ago at 11.00pm (in the dark) I was told there were many small bodywork defects but I was not concerned as I had never had an issue with your company.
I did notice a couple of very small indentations the next day in the sunlight but again I was not concerned as you had always been honest.
But on returning the car the young lady was most rude insisting we had damaged the car and reducing my wife to tears!
You may have unjustly taken many hundreds of euros from us but it will cost you much, much more as not only will we never use your company again we will ensure all our friends, family and social media contacts will learn of your dishonest practices.

The insurance covers almost nothing. Do not rent a car at Top rent a car!!! (we paid more then €600 for the "lost items" and transport. (The license plate was stolen)

Terrible service and high prices. Rented a 9-seater. This seemed ok at first. But we decided to take 2 days in Turkey. To cros the border we had to pay €130 for them to prepare the documents we needed. In addition, we had to pay a double deductible, which we were only informed about when we came to collect the documents.
When we arrived at the rental place, it turned out that they had managed to send the documents to an office in Burgas, instead of Sunny Beach where we rented the car.
We then had to drive to Burgas to collect these documents. After a lot of back and forth, we finally got back to the hotel with the right documents. Then we got a call from customer service that they were missing a signature and that I had to go back again for this.
When we returned again, there was no one in the office. I called customer service again and was then told that I had to come back later in the evening.
This ended with us spending a large part of the day fixing these documents.. A very bad experience.
The car was also out of adblue when we got it. I was then told to fill this myself, at the nearest petrol station.
Recommend steering clear of this rental site

In addition to this, they were also not at the office when we had to deliver the car at the airport. We even paid extra because they had to work later due to the late departure of our flight. This meant that we could not look over the car together and the deposit was withheld.

Our representative at the office informed you that the documents for Cross Border will need to be taken from our office at Plaza Mall, since you applied for this service at the last moment and they will not be able to transferred them to our office in Nessebar. You agreed to all the terms both in the office and over the phone, so we are very sorry that as a result you were not satisfied and describe your experience in the reviews in a negative way. It is precisely because of such situations that we encourage our customers to place orders for travel abroad in advance, so that we prepare the necessary documents and provide them to you when You take the car.
