Arogantion . Always try sad car broken but car was returned same as we take it.

See above comments.... needs more customer service training........ very rude and rule bound but unable to explain the 'rules' ... I am sure she is trying to do her job but the lack of flexibility and refusal to allow access to more senior management along with her lack of empathy for customer's causes much distress.
He was so nice to bring us to the hotel after we paid more then €600 for the "lost items". (The license plate was stolen)

In addition to this, they were also not at the office when we had to deliver the car at the airport. We even paid extra because they had to work later due to the late departure of our flight. This meant that we could not look over the car together and the deposit was withheld.
