Many damages at the car.
You have to look carefully when you pick up the car, that they notice every damage in their protocol.

Close to Airport.pick up ok .
But I purchased extra cover when booking with agent in uk . Then told on arrival that this would not be enough cover .I purchased more insurance cover on arrival in burgas.I had a maintenance issue that was not resolved

Dimitar was great explaining the small letters of not having the full insurance and taking triple deposit 3000 leva , except that noting special, the car tank wasn’t full at the pick up location and scratches were all over it . Even mention to another representative at the car park he just said “ It is okay”,..

The overall experience was 'OK'. Not more. Not less.
Pick up process at the office was extremely slow. It took almost an hour until our booking began to be handled by the staff, due to other customers the were processed at the time we came.
The car we booked (VW TIGUAN) had a problem at one of the AC units. Pavel suggested that we'll wait another 30 minutes for an alternative similar vehicle, but we were already exhausted from the flight and long wait and preferred to take the malfunctioned vehicle and ask for a partial refund - due to the problem. We did not get it.
To be honest? I expected more from Bulgaria's top national car rental brand.

Signed the form before seeing condition of vehicle. I was worried that I would be charged for marks to the vehicle I had not made. My copy had no marks identified on the car. I wasn’t charged but it didn’t stop me worrying.

The guy who picked the car up tried to say there was a dent in the car I told him it was already there ,he then tried to get me to sign a document saying when and where and what time I did the dent ,I refused because I didn't do it I told him to phone his boss who said the dent was already there and took realise my deposit ,I am still waiting for my deposit .if I don't get it today then I will contact my card and report it to them .....I use top rent a car for many years and a few times a year and near had anything like this hopefully it will be sorted today
