Колежката ви не направи ясно да се разбере, че таксата от 6 евро за млад шофьор е на ден с което ме подведе да подпиша договор за цена значително по-висока от очакваната.
В допълнение, тя отказа всякакви опции за поправяне на ситуацията на място, при приемате на автомобила.
Това най-вероятно е резултат от недостатъчно или неправилно обучение от страна на фирмата работодател.

When we arrived to pick up the car we were greeted pleasantly and offered a bottle of water and umbrellas. Weather was horrible, it was raining heavily. Due to rain the hand over was quick and we were assured that it was documented in the check list that the staff member did not spend much time to inspect the car due to weather conditions. When we left I noted that the fuel level was not 100% but the gauge was below the full line. My partner has confirmed that to me. At the end of our holiday we were driving back from Gabrovo. We made sure we won't miss the last OMV station before airport to fill it up. I am not local and I dont know how many more petrol stations are near the airport in Varna and had no time to waste as we have flight to catch. We arrived and handed over the key and car documents. We were asked to wait to do the inspection. When the assistant returned we were confronted that fuel wasn't to the top and there will be additional €50 charge. They insisted that I should sign and pay. After few exchange of words I refused to sign as the fuel level was the same as when we picked the car up but this had not been documented. I said I have no time to argue and I will make a complaint. This is the oldest trick in book to try to get more money out of the customer. And I was furious to learn thats how you treat your customers. I have just seen that my credit card has been charged £13,80 and I am not happy at all. I can assure you if this is not refunded back I shall use every social media platform to tell the world how you take advantage of your customers and use old tricks to charge your customers more. This is unacceptable.

The worst service I've ever had with rent-a car company. He made us pay for two tiny dents on the roof of the car which we had nothing to do with. Since the dents were on the roof, during the pick-up we did not pay attention to them, and as a result, were told it was our fault which resulted in 230 EUR fine. No proper photos of the roof, showing its undamaged state, were produced to us. Since the car was rented through Autoeurope aggregator, and we had purchased their insurance, Top Rent decided to use this and get some money out of us, since we are supposed to get reimbursed by AutoEurope anyway. This incident happened on 26 April on Friday evening, and to-date I have not yet received correct paperwork (they sent me the invoice for the wrong amount and the statement not specifying the type of damage we paid for). The staff was not helpful or accommodating, they only cared about getting the money out of us; nothing was properly explained, they just kept on pushing for money. The worst experience I've ever had; stay away from them

We had a tire deflated and after several calls did not solve anything, we had to look for a mechanic by our own in a village in Bulgaria (almost nobody spoke English). With a car insurance that includes roadside assistance, your option was to buy us the tire. We did not even have help to indicate a nearby mechanic.

Hello
I rented the car on 7th january. When I took the car it was good. I drived to veliko tarnovo in the night. On my way the engine oil light went on. IT says I have to add oil. Because it was night and its dangerous to drive with little oil I decided to add a little oil So I bought oil from the shop and added a little Till the light was gone. I treated the car very Well during my visit to Veliko tarnovo. I always payed for secured parking. I washed the car before returning iT to You. I treated the car Like my OWN car. Everything was OK. When i returned the car They asked me If there was a problem. I said I Only added Some oil when i was driving in the night to Veliko. He asked About the ticket And i Said I lost it And i Said No problem i dont need the money for that oil. Then he Said You are Not allowed to add oil in a very rude way. Not polite at All. I Said iT was middle of the night And its dangerous to drive With little oil. You are also Not allowed to rent me a car With little oil. You have to do your checks. So he gave me a ticket of 30 EUR. The man was totally Not polite. So I Just paid Because i dont Like that kind of discussions With unpolite people. I Said i Will speak With Ryanair Because They work together With You. So I Just hope You are going to do something About this And About the unpolite man I returned the to. The collegue of anatolii. Then I dont have to speak With Ryanair About this incident.

The day when we take the van in details she didn't put the problem in the middle seats ( the right ) it's doesn't work because it have problem . We are together and also two more mens from your company . She told me fo sure he right in the contract .I am very upset.
Today when I bring the van at first he say to me why you bring here and where is the blue card . Explain because nobody gives me blue card for parking and they told me to bring here. After we go to check the van everything was perfect but we try to open again the right sea from the middle and we can't put again and we left down. She told me you broke that and we can't give you back the guarantee deposit. I try many many times to explain but she didn't want to understand. I said to her go back to see you it's not broken , it is unblocking. She says no. Then I took the keys ( off course because I yelled the police come ) and we go to the van again with Elena and three police officer I put with my friend the seat an I saw her how it's work and in never broken. Many many times I said to her to just call the previous girl ho give us the van and explain about this seat. VERY DISASTER EXPERIENCE. I travel a lot but first time I have these treatment.
