As a loyal customer of your company I am left extremely unhappy after the last experience we've had with you. For starters, after arriving around midnight we waited patiently at your desk where a sign explained that the employees are on the parking lot and would come back in 10 minutes. After checking the parking lot it actually turned out that we have to call. After being taken to a parking lot in the middle of a poorly- lit field we had to sign the contract at a kiosk, standing up in the dark and without receiving any explanations or information. We checked the car for scratches with the light from our mobile phones. On return the car was inspected by your employee (we left it in perfect condition and sparkling clean). However, she immediately went for the GPS and gleefully announced that the deposit would not be released because we took the car abroad. The fine for going to Greece was 300 euro! 300 euro!!!! Do you think that anyone in their right mind will stay as a customer? This is not right, it's not a good business model and leads to the loss of loyal customers! The fact that your employee checked the GPS immediately shows that's not the first time something like this happens and is a hidden way for the company to charge additional fees. Your employees also told us that we can contact whoever we want - customer service, managers - but everything will be pointless! Is that a way to treat your customers and punishing them for taking one of your most expensive cars - by checking their GPS that we paid for!!! If you take a cheaper car without a GPS noone can check anything, right! Is that even legal in view of GDPR? Isn't it better to treat your customers properly so that you don't lose them? Or the company is simply too big to care?

I pointed out some details above but I will continue here: We took the car in the middle of an unlit field and it was inspected with the help of light from our mobile phones. No questions were asked, no information was provided. The moment we signed and paid your employee just lost interest in us and went for a smoke and a chat with a colleague. He just said the trunk of the van where our luggage was was open. We took a picture of a dislocated bumper but he was totally not interested. We were not given sufficient information, we were not warned and I don't think that the employee was professional enough.
I don't think that I have to justify my rating any more. I can just advise your employees to be more respectful and more empathic. It's clear that the motto of the company is the customer is not right.

I was on sunday the 21.6.2020 at 20.00 p.m . in the terminal 2 in the airport in sofia. There war`s nobody in the office. i couldn`t speak personality at the phone. I must take a taxi to the hotel. in the morning at 9.30 a.m on the next day i must also take a taxi to the office. I could at 10.30 a.m. got a car. The car has many dammage. This war not okay.

She was very efficient helpful and nice
We came to return the car before our flight back, so we were in a rush. Igor looked over and checked for small things in a humiliating way. He blamed us for scratches and stuff we definently did not cause. We couldn't argue since we were in a rush to catch our flight but I very much hope you will reconsider these charges. We wanted to recommend you guys to others but because of him we probably will not.

It's just more then worse service . I got a fine 50 euro for smoking in the car. is not a any notice about this its book online all paid when we arrive we got a map to go to find the car

I had rezervation, in reception i told that i ll go to romania. and i was charged 50eur. All good i agreed and i was happy of that. Wasnt very comfortable, that i had to come next day to airport and take green card, i had change my plans to go to Romania and had to stay in Sofia. I came next morning, took a green card but also had to wait 1 hour. so all plans was changed of my trip. This was buissness trip. a lot of meetings. When i finished my meeting in romania it was 14 October. i was in TImisoara Romania. google maps showed me the fastet road to sofia through Serbia. I looked at green card and saw that SRB also is in green card. So i took this road, i was really fast just crosed Serbia in 3hours and thats all. When i came to drop off car i wanted to say that i crossed boarder and i want to pay a money of other country crossing. Of course i understand my fault, i could call to client service and ask about that. But i just looked at green card and took desicion to go and pay in drop of time. But when i came, i didint even a second to say this, guy started to shout on me that i crossed boarder i made big mistake and i ll be charged of deposit. I think it is not good support. I hope you ll take care of that and i ll be not chages of deposit. i can pay of second cauntry crossing fee. I believe we will find friendly solution. We are big company, having buisnes in all Europe and we want continue renting cars from you. Waitting you answer.

Very nice and friendly guy, client service was in high level.
didint explained me any situation. just that i ll be charged of deposit. wasnt polite, and didint had any arguments, just told i have to pay. was angry and liudly.

Като наемат автомобила поисках да мисе удължи наемът до 10 часа на следващият ден. Вместо това беша намален. Бях глобен , защото не забелязах че е намален. Останах с впечатлението че съм наказан за ползване на вашите услуги.

We need to wait 2 hrs to get the car. No place to sit and wait for old people. Car was very dirty. Bad smell. Bad condition. No one was in the return car and we needed to wait. We are very disappointed.

Колежката ви не направи ясно да се разбере, че таксата от 6 евро за млад шофьор е на ден с което ме подведе да подпиша договор за цена значително по-висока от очакваната. В допълнение, тя отказа всякакви опции за поправяне на ситуацията на място, при приемате на автомобила. Това най-вероятно е резултат от недостатъчно или неправилно обучение от страна на фирмата работодател.
