When I booked the car at Top rent a Car, on their web site said that cross border is allowed in Serbia, and the guy at the counter told me that is not possible because I need to have permission.

Dear concern ı was make rezervation for otomatic gear car. But your desk give me manual gear also ı tell to Pavel his just tell me cancellation then ı did cancel rezervation. Realy ı lost time, money and ı feel sad. Any way please send me deposit balance 25 eur please.

Разочарована съм, за последен път наемам кола от вас. Отдавна съм ви клиент и за пръв път не съм доволна. Първо преди да кацнем никой не ни съобщи, че работите само от терминал 2, и никой няма да ни чака (каквато беше практиката преди) което за нас означаваше ходене с автобус (на всеки половин час) с три огромни куфара и дете на 1.5г, за да стигнем до терминала. Идеята на това да си наеме човек кола е да не се вози по автобуси и да зависи от техните графици. Надявам се разбирате как нямахме никакъв избор, като кацнахме. Иначе може би още тогава щях да се откажа от услугите ви. След трудното стигане до терминал 2 не ни пуснаха защото трябвало да им покажа резервация за рентакар. Вие и затова не ме бяхте уведомили (че трябва да си я носия принтирана). След дълги ровения в имейла си на роуминг, намерих резервацията и я показах на охраната, които ни пуснаха и се запътихме ( пак с куфарите и детето) до офиса ви, където имаше трима души преди мен. Още чакане... в момента, в който дойде нашия ред нещата тръгнаха по-бързо и гладко, както е било винаги преди и както очаквах да се случи от самото начало с вашата фирма. Обаче май беше прекалено бързо. На връщане на колата се оказа че имало драскотина, която мисля, че си е била там и не сме я видяли при взимането. Не твърдя, че съм експерт и със сигурност не успях да видя драскотината, която колегата ви намери и ние трябваше да платим. Може да е била там при вземането, може би не... но понеже колата стоя 5 дни на охраняем паркинг и сме я карали само по магистралата от и до морето, съм почти сигурна че не я одраскахме ние и със съжаление си платих (за да не си изпусна полета!) Връщането на колата също беше неприятно с дълго чакане и неразбиране от ваша страна. Както казах и на колегата ви, за последен път. Дано успеете да си подобрите обслужването и да не губите повече клиенти.

В навигацията липсваше магистралата от Свиленград до Чирпан. Мисля че трябва да се погрижите да са актуални картите.

few employees, klots of customers, long waiting. car had problem, filled it up when returning, and up and up and up and up and up. yes five times i filled it up in 30 minutes, still the
gas gauge showed not full. that was about 28 euros.
they asked fr all gas receipts to check if there is a problem with that. But i doubt, if they ever return my money, when they find a problem with the car.
the few scratched\s a bush caused the car damage, cost me 145 euros. i my opinion, it was nearly double the actual cost of repair.

We have noticed there have been more cases like ours: clients getting full insurance yet you making them pay for damages anyway, because they did not notice it and/or report it to you.
This might be a company rule under Bulgarian law, but it shows poor customer service to not inform people about this, but hold them responsible nontheless. Stanimir

Stanimir should have told us:
"Contact the company in all cases of suspected damage", instead of "Call us when you have an accident". Then, we could have tried to notice the damage and report it. But this way, it caused a lot of confusion and unnecessary problems. We hope you will improve this in the future.

We received completely different car than ordered. Toyota instead of VW Passat. Info from rent a car company about some issue we received 3 hours before landing for both paid cars.

In pick up time You must tell about penalty (so nereal 50x more , 300.00 EUR), if we visited Romania, pay road , stayed only 3 hours.No one Europe company AVIS, EUROPCAR, SIXTH have no penalties.Never newer choose Your company and not recomend my frends and colegues.

We had to wait a long time for bus to pick us up. Then a long time before an agent turned up. Then the documentation took very long, due also to the computer wiping all details after which we everything had to be filled out again. Meanwhile the car was not warming up, so later had to be cleared from snow and the windows de-iced. We drove away more than two hours after arriving! Staff was very friendly though!

For a country with mountains and hills this car is absolutely too slow and without enough power. In case of overtaking slow traffic this van be a serious hazard.
