You charged me penalty fee for 30 min. delay, but I had to wait 20 minutes for repayment of my deposit.

Wir haben das Auto in einer dunklen Tiefgarage übernommen.
Wir haben jede Menge Fotos gemacht mit der Taschenlampe vom Handy so haben wir bei den
Radkappen die Kratzer nicht gesehn.
Am Schluss haben wir für Kratzer bei den Radkappen
die wir nicht gemacht haben ,€ 145,00 bezahlt.
Mann sagte und das wir das Auto am Flughafen direkt
abgeben können, das war auch nicht so, fasst hätten wir den Flug verpasst.
Der Mann am Schalter am Flughafen war unfreundlich, konnte kaum Englisch und wollte mir nicht helfen.

When there is any damage on the car our colleagues always take photos as evidence and if there is a need we can always provide them and we add them in the protocol before each rent.
Our company has been operating on the rental car market for many years and we never charge our customers unreasonably, since our main goal is to develop our business by having satisfied customers who use our services and recommend them to friends, but not to plant fictitious evidence to our customers in order to take money from them. We respect our customers, but we have our terms and conditions and we follow them, we rely on our customers to respect them too.

The car was as agreed but 100 kms less than a full tank of fuel. The charging cable for the hotspot was faulty and constantly falling out making the hotspot unit useless. When I highlighted this to the your rep at pick up stage his response was that I needed to buy my own cable for the unit.

Gospodin was professional and answered any questions we had. It was a shame he didn’t check the hotspot unit we had rented as he would have found the cable was faulty and would likely have replaced it. Overall I found him good to deal with.

очень не приветливая барышня. Может устала в конце рабочего дня....Нет интернета для гостей в "будке" Когда он понадобился, отказалась раздать и пришлось идти в торговый центр.
Все прошло быстро, вызвала такси даже в локацию. Единстенный минус, сын пролилнемного воды на заднее сидение перед сдачей и пришлось платить штраф 70 евро

Количество автомобилей в наличии значительное, поэтому выигрывают в этом плане. В разных пунктах приема/сдачи разные по темпераменту люди и тут на кого наткнешься.
В целом норм, учитывая регион и бюджетность

When we picked up the car at Sofia Airport in the middle of the night, we received a contract from Georgi, where only 2 scratches were noticed . When we arrived in the underground parking place, there was nobody from Top rent a car , and surprisely there were more scratches on the car than mentioned. Thanks God we took pictures of it, because when we deliver the car back , we had quite some discussion about this problem with Gospodin who received the car! Moreover, on our way back to Sofia Airport, an orange light showed up with “ injection problem” and the car was not driving properly anymore and the speed kept slowing down . We were worried not to be able to reach the airport, but we managed anyway but with some delay . Obviously we called Top rent a car to inform about our problem and NOT to be charged extra hours ! Thanks God , it was ok but not really easy to convince the person that checked back the car , to understand that we had absolutely nothing to do with this injection problem . Finally we got the WHOLE deposit back, but with some frustration ! It should not be like this when you are a regular customer like we are.
