His attitude is awful. Not friendly at all. If you don't appreciate me as a customer, change your job. Dont make the mistake to get a ticket at the parking booth when droping off the car at the airport. You have a card. The staff was rude telling I had to pay extra for the ticket, even though the card is present. I didn't mind paying, but why do I have to deal with the awful attitude of the attendant (Pavel), I have no idea!
not listening to our story, totally inflexible, very slow in writing the documents I needed, I almost missed my flight because of this behavior. I understand she needs to do her job, but this was really not our fault, we did not make an damage at all.
