In general everything went well, with the bad experience at the end that a piece was missing that we did not even know existed, of which we were not informed at the pick-up. Then you are left with a bittersweet taste. The pickup was very cold, dry and uncomfortable.

The person in charge of the pick-up was quite dry, cold and distant. I couldn't explain practically anything, with a level of English that was difficult to understand. Bad experience as soon as you arrived in the country.
He was very friendly, he spoke Spanish, which made communication much easier. As soon as we arrived he told us that the compressor was missing, which we had not been informed about, we did not know anything about and we were very surprised. He understood us perfectly and understood everything. Very kind.

You need more agents. Pick up waiting time almost one hour. Returning the car, we waited for 40-45 mins in the parking garage for an agent. You need to hire more staff so customers are not waiting for very long. Otherwise, the staff members were excellent and pleasant. Car was great. Just the wait times need to improve

С изключение на това че чакахме около 40 минути на терминала след дълъг полет и с малко дете за да ни вземе бус, всичко останало беше супер. Оценката е базирана на дългото чакане. Беше ни представено че обикновено се чака около 5 минути, но уви.

La verdad es que la experiencia de alquilar el vehículo en esta empresa ha resultado muy fácil y cómoda y por ello recomendaría esta empresa sin dudarlo, sin embargo han pasado ya varios días y todavía no nos han devuelto la fianza de 300 que depositamos, habiendo dejado el vehículo en perfecto estado.

Staff is really nice and behaving at professional level but about the cars don't get hooked on promises of nearly new car, our car was well used with 50k on the clock and not feel very secure at motorway speed, reported back to the staff and hopefully they take better care for next customer

При връщането полетът ми LH1707 на 25-и август 2023 г. беше отменен. Обадих се на номера за обслужване на Топрентакар за евентуално удължаване на наема или по-късен час на връщане. Служителката единствено ми посочи таксите за закъснение. Бих препоръчвал на фирмата ви да проявява повече гъвкавост и разбиране при подобни обстоятелства. Сега е 5:40 и се прибирам от летището, където отидох единствено да върна колата.

Когато получавах колата служителят бързаше да приключи час по скоро. Но не този на рецепция, а някакъв друг беше.
На въпроса ми защо със зимни гуми при 37 градуса лято, получих отговор “не се притеснявай, няма да имаш проблеми”
Избяга нанякъде с фразата - “айде, буса е твой”
Наложи се да звъня на диспечер за да разбера как да открия пожарогасител триъгълник и жилетка.
Кристалната ми топка показа откъде се зарежда гориво на буса след две почетни обиколки.
Да, машината беше обслужена и готова за превоз, но с такова отношение на персонала дали ще очаквате следващия път поръчка пак?
Гласът на клиента, казват, бил глас в пустиня…
Един мъдър човек беше казал една фраза…”Негово Величество Пазара…”
