It took us more than 2 hours to get the vehicle back, without any apology from the staff. We extended the rental by one day, it took multiple attempts to finally receive a link to pay…. no commercial offer was proposed, worse, the price was very high compared to the rental of several days. As if that were not enough, there was a misunderstanding about the return time of the vehicle and there again we have to pay a huge price for 3 additional hours. I did not ask for 2 hours less rental when I waited 2 hours for my vehicle…. simply scandalous

The customer services is very poor they provide a contract in Bulgarian and not in English.. I picked up the car 5 hours late. I explained that I would be returning the car at 5.30pm. It was not explained that I need to return the car at 3.30pm and if that if I was 1plus hour late I would have to pay for an additional 80Euros!!. I booked the car through Wizz air and purchased Axa insurance as this was to cover any excess. Yet when I picked up the car they said the insurance was rubbish and I should pay an additional 10 euros a day for their insurance, which I did even though I had already paid the extra insurance through Wizz Air. The additional costs was more the fee for the car hire when booked through Wizz air. I certainly will not use this company again. I travel to Bulgaria a lot and normally use Hertz I tried this company as it was recommended by Wizz Air. But never again, the service was appalling there was no understanding and just very rude and obnoxious.

Bei der Übernahme und Bezahlung vom Fahrzeug es wurde geweigert uns die Rechnung zu geben. Aussage wir bekommen es bei der Rückgabe.

Charged for been late 1 hour ..when we picked the car up 5 hours later than arranged when we arrived you did not suggest a refund so why charge for extra hour . Also did not use car till insurance was delivered to us by speedy courier for a day . Worried it was not covered. And the rude guy on reception when we dropped car off was uncalled for

If you choose their car with company stickers applied on the car everywhere you go, you have problems with parking and police stopping you.

The experience started well with Nikoleta who was professional and kind, but it ended as a disaster. The guy receiving back the car (Georgi) invented a small scratch on the rim which evidently was there before (in fact on the wheel there was no signs of damages) and, only because I was a woman, he started to be arrogant and pretending to debit some of the deposit. I called immediately my husband and, on the phone, this guy (Georgi) ensured to my husband that everything was ok and we would have the money of the deposit back and no need my husband to come there to verify and clarify. The crazy thing is that, by the fact, the day after, I was notified that you are going to debit me 230€ !!! This is absolutely no fair and no honest. The guy was a layer and cheating us, also because not only I didn't do any damage to the car but also the small scratch which was already before on the scrim, for sure, is a ridiculous one, not valuable with 230€!!!!
I felt really a lonely woman in a foreign country, where this guy really played the strong role with a weaker person like me. For sure I will consult a lawyer since I do not want the fact will pass like this, and in the meantime I will write very bad reviews everywhere about your company to discourage the others to choose you and risk a fraud. My simple recommendation is: NOT USE TOP RENT CAR!!!!!

I request compansation for loosing time and money for fuel,

During recieving of the car your office service didn't show and give me the key of car. I didn't pay for that attantion. I found I can't find the key once I stoped for rest I needed come back to office from the half of the way to Bansko. Finaly he took the key which was beetwin seats.
I remind I'm VIP customer use your renta car for years and it was the first time I was disapointment.
