При връщането на колата се оказа, че има липсващ тас. Колата беше Dacia Spring, непретенциозен автомобил с ниска покупна цена и евтини резервни части. За липсата му бяха приспаднати 350 лв от депозита. Няма смисъл да коментирам, че цената на един тас за Dacia Spring, дори и оригинален, не струва толкова, а много пъти по-малко. Най-впечатляващо е, че ценовата листа на компанията е разделена на Оригинални и Неоригинални тасове, т.е. няма значение каква е марката на колата, размерът на колелата и т.н., което всъщност би трябвало да формира истинската цена на една такава част. Друго - изпадането на таса, за което нямам спомен от конкретна ситуация, а може да се дължи на множество фактори, бях праволинейно глобен и понасящ цялата отговорност за щета, която има вероятност да не е директно причинена от мен - дали заради неравни пътища, дали заради недобро закрепване (може би) и т.н. Сигурен съм, че Top rent-a-car за наясно с лошата пътна инфраструктура и питам защо не закрепвате тасовете със свински опашки, което макар и визуално грозно, не случайно се практикува в България? Защо не адаптирате бизнеса си спрямо условията в страната? Или това да се плаща един тас умножен по десет ви е изгодно?

Колата имаше проблем и трябваше да отделя от личното си време да оставим колата в сервиз който отне около 3 часа от деня ни. Мисля че коли който се отдават за по-дълъг период трябва да минават допълнителна проверка. Недопустимо е да се отдава кола под наем без накладки и дискове

Customer service is very bad. They given us car 3 hours late. But when we return the car , we late half an hour, they tried to charge another days.

Rented a car from 0000 on 30th of may.
Websote clearly said GMT+1 (IE BST).
TOOK THE car at 0200 on 31st but they said they were expecting me 26 hours earlier in the early hours of thr 30th not then so charged me extra days rental. This is entirely because their website is flawed
When I took the car i confirmed that i was returning the car at 1600 bst 1800 Bulgaria time. The guy was yes that's not a problem no worries etc. Then lied to my face saying we never had this conversation. Valko was his name, and he is a criminal. I am posting to every single Facebook page with British people who live in Bulgaria to avoid you as you are just to take advantage of people
Arrived at Bulgaria time 1800.They fined me an extra day rental, a penalty fee, tax and any other things they could make up. An extra 57 euros.
They said that that fee was on top of keeping the 250€ deposits.
Total cost for a 4 day rental €565.
I used to work for enterprise rent a car and even they weren't as criminal as this.
First and last time i come to Bulgaria, will be claiming it all back from my credit card company as a section 75 claim but just bullying behaviour

The car was good. But the booking process was terrible. We were SCAMMED!
We had clearly mentioned that we will return the car late (at 10pm after office hour), because we already bought our train ticket back around 11pm, and we were willing to pay 1 day extra (Euro40).
However your staff (Rostislav) told us that we can just dropped the car anytime after 6pm, he only told us that he will put 6pm on paper as procedure. At 10pm, upon returning, we were asked to pay Euro100++ for late return. That is twice the price for paying 1 extra day (Euro40)!
And your staff (Svetoslav) were very rude. He even accused us of lying. He even then forced us to sign the document against our will, forcing us to agreed on paying the late charge. He lied saying that the office had call us asking for the car which we have not received any call for your office AT ALL!
He also tried to charge us on dented done on the car by previous rental. Repeatedly going in and out of the return office checking the car for several of time. While the record of the dent were all ready on the paper.
We will NOT recommend anyone to use this car service anymore! And we will also leave comments on all others media and travelling websites and portal.
