Don't understand Collision Damage Waiver. Under sad face is not very bad but is appearing excellent, that is very bad.
I do not know why the button is labeled excellent! I PRESSED VERY BAD!I had the worst experience with this employee! Do you reward your employees for the money charged to your customers for damages on your cars? I wonder!!! He was rude and unwilling the see anything beyond his shortsightedness! I returned the car after using it in the rain and traveling in the villages in Bulgaria which left it in a pretty unclean state. There were remains of the grasses and branches touching the sides of the car looking like scratches. I cleaned them showing him that there were no scratches there. He continued insisting there were scratches in a very rude manner. Another employee of yours came by and he showed her the places on the car where I did not clean totally disregarding the cleaned parts. An employee of Hertz came by and I ask him to take a look. He did NOT see any scratches on the places I cleaned and he said so. This employee of yours displayed the worst side of the Bulgarian business, rude, stubborn and shortsighted. I have rented cars in the United State where I live and abroad for many years. I have NEVER experienced the behavior this young man exhibited! Do you pay your employees to do this? I asked him to scratch the car with the key to make the scratches truly exist...I would not be surprised if he did it! He is a disgrace to your business! It will be my last time renting a car from your company!
