We would like to clarify, that you filled the tank up in Dobrich, which is a 45-minute drive from Varna. Until you got to the airport, the car could not stay with a full tank. We always try to leave only pleasant impressions from our services and charging our customers at any cost is not how our company made its name through years that is why our colleague suggested You to return to the gas station near the airport and refill the tank so that you do not have to face additional costs, but unfortunately you refused and then we acted solely on the terms of the contract.
We really hope that you will still consider to use the services of our company again and we look forward to seeing you again.

Keine Ordentliche Übergabe des KFZ und bei der Abgabe war der Mitarbeiter alleine am F z und hat Schaden festgestellt ohne uns das zu Zeigen, es war kein Schaden am Fahrzeug die Bilder die er uns gereift hat waren wahrscheinlich nicht von unserem gemieteten Auto, wir wurden einfach so abgehandelt und mein Widerspruch wurde ingnoriet , die Kaution von 616,73 wurde einbehalten und noch mehr zurück gezahlt . Für mich steht fest , nurmehr Top Rent A Car bg Bitte Vorsicht

I let the car fill up 30 minutes before delivery. However, the fuel gauge did not show Full. When I handed over the vehicle, I was told that the vehicle is not fully refueled. I said that I let it fill up and the fault lies with the car. I was told that an employee drives to the gas station to fill up the car, I said again that the car is fully tanked. After 1 hour I was told that the employee had refueled 4 liters. how he refueled these 4 liters I do not know, I think he has tank until it came out again at the top. Then I was told that this "servic" costs 40,- leva. For 40,- leva I can also take a taxi, I don't need a car from you and I won't rent a vehicle from their company. According to vehicle documents, the C3 has a 65 liter tank this alleged 4 liter misfiring 6%. The processing fee for refueling corresponds to approx. 25% of the rental price.

When renting and picking up the vehicle, you agree to the terms that the vehicle is being rented out and must be returned with a full tank. For this reason, our colleagues expect the return to be 100%. Due to the fact that the vehicle was not returned with a fuel tank, the given immediate check was imposed, during which it was found that the vehicle can be filled with almost 5 liters. Unfortunately, for this reason, you have been charge by the conditions of the contract for the missing fuel and for administrative fee.

We were often customers of top rent. This time we were very disappointed. The tank was not filled up (60%), when it was returned alleged scratches were declared by us. Front left hubcap and right rear view mirror. The rear-view mirror had a paint defect, which comes from production. We have a separate parking lot in a closed complex and have not done any off-road driving. In my opinion, we were saddled with old damage or product damage. We were denied a bill even though I had to pay immediately. Conclusion: never top rent again. I expect a detailed invoice from you in a timely manner.

Hello, I rented a car on October 8th. Varna airport. it has always worked great. the reservation by phone and also short-term change, everything worked out wonderfully. I have rented a car from top rent car at least five times the last year and always this year. Everything is very nice, unfortunately on October 9th, when I wanted to return the car, I experienced the most unfriendly employees. He claimed a small ash found in the car, please see the photo. He meant it was smoked. I asked what do you mean smoked. Did the car smell? no only these ashes he said. I dont smoke. My Bulgarian friend is a smoker, he always smoked outside the car. I would never allow smoking in the car. There is also wind when someone smokes outside the car and very small ashes can get inside the car. Your employee calculated 70 euros for one cm of ash. I didn't know if I was laughing or crying. I am very often in varna. I'll be back next month, but I don't want to be afraid and meet unfriendly employees. Please ensure that if the employee is in a bad mood, they should be given time off. When I asked him for one cm of ash you charge 70€ didn't answer. I said I would rent a car, we never had any problems, he didn't answer. His anger was pre-programmed. Why we brought the car to the airport. When I rented, the employee gave me the option that I could also drop it off at the city office. But we should call 15 min before. Since we came to Varna late from Ruse, we decided to drop off at the airport. and take a taxi to town. But that didn't sit well with her colleague. I do not agree to this service. If you have an account with me, you can control my generosity. My penultimate booking, voluntarily paid the processing costs for a penalty by credit card. I'll end my email here, I don't want to be treated like that, I don't want handouts from you either. I would, despite the good booking system and friendly staff, prefer another company from today and give it a good rating in google. Many Thanks. Колата е приех без тазове и така я върнах. Накараха ме да платя 320€ защото я върнах в същото състояние както я взех. Отгоре на всичкото и 50€ за някакви административни такси. Това е безумие. Повече няма да използвам вашите услуги!

A young, up-coming company that makes a good first impression with attractive all-inclusive prices.
Additional costs are not long in coming. The fully comprehensive insurance costs 10 € per day, whereby the costs are only payed by the insurance company if a report from the police is submitted. Damage to the interior is generally not covered.
The car had a very weak engine, so overtaking was difficult, if not impossible. In addition, the lane assistant was switched on, which intervened regularly, which was a challenge because the road conditions are not suitable for a correction.
When the contract was signed, it was agreed that the car would be returned at 4:30 a.m. There was no talk of additional costs. When the car was handed in, we were told that an additional €20 was due because the car was handed in outside of normal opening hours, mind you, at the airport. I was also threatened not to release the security of €150 if I didn't pay the €20. The employee inevitably insisted that this sum be paid and showed no understanding that the mistake was on the part of the company, so that I was forced to pay this 20 €. And this at an hourly wage in Bulgaria of a few BGN.
Conclusion: hidden costs! Rip off - never again!

Your company has fraud scient and we will complain by the bulgarian Government. „Full Covering insurance“ means in case of damage you don‘t have to pay for scratces 110 Euro. 1) You should Tell this your Customer 2) you should give the printed list of prices in case of damage. Otherwise you befool you Customers and this is subject to legal prosecution.

Die Tank Anzeige war defekt obwohl wir vollgetankt haben wurden 25 € berechnet. Als wir sagten das ist unser letztes Mal bei Ihnen sagte der Herr das ist Ihm egal.
