General conditions
By participating in the Game, participants accept these general terms and conditions and agree to abide by their provisions.
Top Rent A Car employees or their relatives can not participate in the contest.
The price
The promotional conditions for free car rental are valid for a period of 12 months after announcing the winners (until 31.12.2021) and do not include fuel, additional extras and delivery fees.
The deposit when renting a car remains mandatory according to the General Terms and Conditions.
The winners
The winners will be chosen by all participants who have fulfilled all the conditions of the game!
We’ll choose them via live stream raffle!
All winners will be published on our Instagram profile on 4th of January, 2021.
Requirements for the winners
Documents needed for car rental – driving license, ID card, passport and credit/debit card. All presented documents at the start of the rental period, must be valid till the last day of the rent.
Renters under 23 years old are allowed to drive ONLY cars from the following car classes: EDMV, EDMR, EWMR, CFMR, IDAR.
Renters over 23 years old and with more than 3 year driving experience can drive the mentioned above classes plus classes: FVMR, EDAR, HDAR, FDAR, FWAR, CFAR, CFAV, DDMV, HDMV, FWMR, IVMR, IFAR.
Drivers under 23 years or with less than 3 year driving experience must pay an additional “Young driver” fee of 6,00 € per day. The required security deposit is double. Explicit confirmation by the Lessor is required.
The renter of Tesla Model S must be at least 25 years old and have a minimum driving experience of 5 years.
When renting a Tesla Model S, it is mandatory to pay a deposit – 1200 euros only by credit card.
Luxury cars (LDAR, LDBE) and SUVs 4×4 (FFAD) can be rented only by drivers over 25 years old and with over 3 years driving experience. A deposit is required and must be made by credit card.
Award winners
The winning participants can receive their prize – voucher for free car rental valid until the end of 2021, after sending a personal message to our Instagram page, providing their three names, mobile phone number and e-mail.
In case a participant under 18 years of age wins the prize voucher, must notify a parent or guardian, and the award is made through a parent or guardian.
The right to receive the prize voucher is personal and cannot be transferred to somebody else (excluding parent or guardian).
A participant who has not claimed his/her prize voucher within 10 (ten) working days from its announcement as a winner, loses the right to receive it.
In case of an unsolicited prize voucher from a winning participant within 10 (ten) working days, the organizer reserves the right to give the prize voucher to another, subsequently withdrawn participant who meets the Conditions for participation in the Game.
Publicity and personal data
The winners agree to be filmed by the team of Top Rent A Car in a short video during the awarding of the prize voucher, which will be broadcast on our Instagram profile.
By participating in this Game, participants expressly agree that in the event of winning a prize, their names will be posted on our Instagram page. The participants give their consent to Top Rent A Car to contact them on the data provided by them in order to specify the delivery and receipt ofthe prize.
Top Rent A Car takes due care that the collection, processing and storage of personal data of the Participants is carried out in strict compliance according GDPR conditions. The collected data – name, telephone number and email will be used only for the purpose of delivery of the prize and will be treated as confidential information in accordance with current regulations regarding the protection of personal data.
