On June 13, 2026, the city of Smolyan hosted the final of the national “Best Young Driver of Bulgaria” campaign – an initiative that has been encouraging young people for years to develop their knowledge, skills, and responsible attitude toward road safety.
As a company whose mission is to provide safe and comfortable mobility solutions, Top Rent A Car once again supported the event and stood behind the cause of promoting better road culture among young drivers.
The final brought together the best young drivers in the country, who faced a series of theoretical and practical challenges. Participants demonstrated not only excellent knowledge of traffic regulations but also strong reaction skills in various road situations, precision in vehicle handling, and the ability to make the right decisions under pressure. Initiatives like this play an important role in developing more responsible and well-prepared drivers who understand the importance of safety both for themselves and for all other road users.
Four Hyundai i20 vehicles provided by Top Rent A Car were used during the practical challenges. The compact model proved to be an excellent choice for the competition thanks to its agility, good visibility, and ease of handling. The vehicles played a key role in the practical exercises and contributed to the successful completion of the final stage of the competition.
The overall winner of the 2026 edition was Vladimir Gospodinov, who impressed the jury with his knowledge and driving skills. As part of the prize package, he also received a car rental voucher from Top Rent A Car. We congratulate not only the winner but also all finalists, who demonstrated a high level of preparation, discipline, and responsibility on the road.
