Добър ден, обслужването като цяло беше задоволително. Но започнахме зле, защото пристигнахме в София в 21:30 ч. в събота, 26 юли, и прекарахме повече от час и половина в обаждания на посочените телефонни номера, без никой да ни отговори или да ни вземе, за да ни закара до главния офис. Случайно един от вашите служители закара колега на летището около 23:00 ч., взе ни и ни закара до главния офис, където Светослав любезно ни съдейства и ни подаде колата.
Така че, началото беше много лошо, защото аз и съпругата ми пътувахме с трите си деца, а петима души чакаха повече от час и половина на летището. Това не е обслужването, което очаквах.
Както по време на вземането, така и при връщането на превозното средство, персоналът беше много професионален и бърз.
Трансферът от главния офис до летището също беше добър и бърз.
Колата изпълни предназначението си.
Накратко, персоналът беше приятелски настроен и професионален, превозното средство беше ново, удобно, чисто и функционално... лошо начало, но добър край. Така че, цялостното преживяване беше средно.

In general everything went well, with the bad experience at the end that a piece was missing that we did not even know existed, of which we were not informed at the pick-up. Then you are left with a bittersweet taste. The pickup was very cold, dry and uncomfortable.

The person in charge of the pick-up was quite dry, cold and distant. I couldn't explain practically anything, with a level of English that was difficult to understand. Bad experience as soon as you arrived in the country.
He was very friendly, he spoke Spanish, which made communication much easier. As soon as we arrived he told us that the compressor was missing, which we had not been informed about, we did not know anything about and we were very surprised. He understood us perfectly and understood everything. Very kind.

La verdad es que la experiencia de alquilar el vehículo en esta empresa ha resultado muy fácil y cómoda y por ello recomendaría esta empresa sin dudarlo, sin embargo han pasado ya varios días y todavía no nos han devuelto la fianza de 300 que depositamos, habiendo dejado el vehículo en perfecto estado.

The processing cue on arrival was very long so despite I was a little early to my booking I couldn't leave with the car until nearly one hour later. I lost a meeting appointment I had because of this so it was quite inconvenient. More people is needed at the airport office, they are 200% overwork.

Трябваше да чакам над 40 минути да дойде момчето, всички служители на Sixt, Hertz Europcar бяха на работното си място при пристигането на самолета само Top Rentacar се чака понеже служителя идва според част на резервация а не според пристигането на полета, спокойно можете да по работите вьрху това има си апликации който ти дават информация за полета и да подобрите обслужването на клиентите, вьобше не е приятно след 6ч чакане по летища и самолети да чакаш още на гишето за кола

Взимам от вашата фирма вече 3 години коли под наем и никога досега вторият шофьор винаги е бил включен в цената, но сега последно един от вашият работник ми каза че тази услуга се заплаща отделно. Както казах от доста време взимам коли от вас и досега не е било така.

The car was fine,the gps regular,it worked sometimes maybe it should be updated and we had a problem so we were charged 50€ for smoking in the car but we were told that we can not smoke inside so we didn’t,the only thing my partner has tabbacco for rolling so maybe some fall down but we always smoked outside the car and the wind bring some ash inside but this is crazy we did not smoke inside even once, even if its not to the car with the door open we have to be charged for this?? And also we were in bansko for 5 days we didnt use the car even once we are very uppset with this situation !! We understand the rules of the company and cars but we ask for some understanding from your side,we wait for your answer.
