Because there was no in one ns at the reception we dropped the keys and papers.
Then we got a bill by mail of 60 euro because of a missing parking ticket.
We will never rent a car again from this company.

Колата беше доставена с повече от 1 час закъснение (поръчана за 11:30 часа, получихме я в 13:00 часа) и не беше с пълен резервоар (шофьорът обясни, че "не е имал време да зареди колата"). Беше много бавно обслужването както и при взимането, така и при връщането на колата, и в двата случая нямаше никакво съдействие при рекламацията за забавянето на доставянето на колата (+1 час чакане!) и без никаква компенсация за това, че резервоара не беше пълен когато получихме колата (а беше върнат пълен както пише по договор). Последно имаше леко ожулване на пласмата на бронята на колата, което беше оценено като "дълбока драскотина".

Много голямо забавяне и бавно обслужване при попълване на документите + постоянно говорене по телефона, което още повече забави предаването на колата.
Много чакане за връщане на колата и без никакво съдействие за търсене на компенсация за това, че колата не беше доставена навреме и без пълен резервоар (отговор: "случва се").

As a loyal customer of your company I am left extremely unhappy after the last experience we've had with you. For starters, after arriving around midnight we waited patiently at your desk where a sign explained that the employees are on the parking lot and would come back in 10 minutes. After checking the parking lot it actually turned out that we have to call.
After being taken to a parking lot in the middle of a poorly- lit field we had to sign the contract at a kiosk, standing up in the dark and without receiving any explanations or information. We checked the car for scratches with the light from our mobile phones.
On return the car was inspected by your employee (we left it in perfect condition and sparkling clean). However, she immediately went for the GPS and gleefully announced that the deposit would not be released because we took the car abroad. The fine for going to Greece was 300 euro! 300 euro!!!! Do you think that anyone in their right mind will stay as a customer?
This is not right, it's not a good business model and leads to the loss of loyal customers! The fact that your employee checked the GPS immediately shows that's not the first time something like this happens and is a hidden way for the company to charge additional fees. Your employees also told us that we can contact whoever we want - customer service, managers - but everything will be pointless!
Is that a way to treat your customers and punishing them for taking one of your most expensive cars - by checking their GPS that we paid for!!! If you take a cheaper car without a GPS noone can check anything, right!
Is that even legal in view of GDPR? Isn't it better to treat your customers properly so that you don't lose them? Or the company is simply too big to care?

I pointed out some details above but I will continue here:
We took the car in the middle of an unlit field and it was inspected with the help of light from our mobile phones. No questions were asked, no information was provided. The moment we signed and paid your employee just lost interest in us and went for a smoke and a chat with a colleague. He just said the trunk of the van where our luggage was was open. We took a picture of a dislocated bumper but he was totally not interested.
We were not given sufficient information, we were not warned and I don't think that the employee was professional enough.
I don't think that I have to justify my rating any more. I can just advise your employees to be more respectful and more empathic. It's clear that the motto of the company is the customer is not right.

Hello
I rented the car on 7th january. When I took the car it was good. I drived to veliko tarnovo in the night. On my way the engine oil light went on. IT says I have to add oil. Because it was night and its dangerous to drive with little oil I decided to add a little oil So I bought oil from the shop and added a little Till the light was gone. I treated the car very Well during my visit to Veliko tarnovo. I always payed for secured parking. I washed the car before returning iT to You. I treated the car Like my OWN car. Everything was OK. When i returned the car They asked me If there was a problem. I said I Only added Some oil when i was driving in the night to Veliko. He asked About the ticket And i Said I lost it And i Said No problem i dont need the money for that oil. Then he Said You are Not allowed to add oil in a very rude way. Not polite at All. I Said iT was middle of the night And its dangerous to drive With little oil. You are also Not allowed to rent me a car With little oil. You have to do your checks. So he gave me a ticket of 30 EUR. The man was totally Not polite. So I Just paid Because i dont Like that kind of discussions With unpolite people. I Said i Will speak With Ryanair Because They work together With You. So I Just hope You are going to do something About this And About the unpolite man I returned the to. The collegue of anatolii. Then I dont have to speak With Ryanair About this incident.
