The Mokka is not recommended for people with no experience with electromobility. Without a navigation system on board you have to know which app to use (I use ABRP) Beginners should use the VW ID3

Since when booking you indicated that you would take the car from the main office, it was provided to you there. We are able to provide a car at our office at the airport if you specify it when making a reservation.
As for the car, our fleet is quite large and we have a lot of cars for every taste with different technical characteristics, type of coupe, so that each of our clients can choose a comfortable car for themselves based on their preferences. very slow customer service. tried to unsettle re insurance as the booking was done thru a 3rd party and not directly at rentalcars. Asked for the permission to cross the boarder to Greece (at Eurocar and all other counters so far never a big deal) - he mentioned that I need to request that 3 days upfront! Where is that written, how should I know this, that this is such a big deal for you??? I travelled with little kids and he let me waiting more than 1 hour!!!! I've never had such a bad service.

We have rented the car from you about 10 times. Were always satisfied. This time we had to pay an additional penalty because there was sand on the floor of the car. You have a very beautiful country. Where we like to vacation. And there is sand on the coast, which automatically comes into the car. We didn't know that we had to clean the car before handing it in. A cleaning costs 10 euros. We paid 30 euros as a penalty.

Friendly enough AFTER ignoring me at first when I entered, got friendlier when I told him that I had booked a car.
Was completely ignored when coming in, no greeting, no friendly good-bye, had to organise my own sesting for waiting 20 minutes! to drop off the car, no water offered, being told my drop off ti--me was in 1 hr and therefore I could wait (!), and no parking available when I arrived, I parked right next to the reserved parking spots and was told after ny 20 minute eait, I should repark it!!! Next to the spot the car wad in. Very unfriendly, I would have had a lot of questions and then decided not to ask any. ( About future rental, considering now a different company for my 1 or 2 week rentanext week).

Already rent a couple of cars before with the company and I was always happy with Top rent a car in Bulgaria. Withthe quality of cars, the service, etc.
However this time I had to fill up oil when the alert popped up on the screen. Called the support and they told me I should ask for an invoice for the oil an pay cash. What can I say, things turned out that the gas station would give me an invoice even when I asked for it several times and I forgot to not pay by debit card.
The result: they don't refund the money for the oil. I am really upset!
Don't know If I want to recommend the company or rent again.

Arrived at the other terminal T1. At the service station there was noone there, although I mentioned my flight number in the reservation.
There was a number to call the representatives, however no one picked up. Tried several times. In the end I shuttled to T2. There everything went fine. However wished T1 would have offered service to.
During dropoff I stumbled upon the oil invoice issue with Kiril. We was sort of polite, however didn't seem very motivated to help me out.
