I rented the car for 18 days and paid a lot of money for cross boarding fee too however the customer service was very very bad, they did not tell me about the Asian and European part of the Turkey and must pay a fee to cross the Asian part instead they decided to scam me as the customer as I have been the customer for the last 2 years. Very disgusting and disgraceful.
When we returned the car there was a scrap on the car and he reassured us that every thing would be sorted as i was so upset about it .
Only met him on car pick up but again checked car over very quick, very friendly and desposit returned in minutes!
He should be reprimanded for lying. Why would I take my support dog if he said this in pick up? You should tell clients to clean the car themselves
Martin stove were the best part of my experience . Martin helped me a lot and was very helpful he also dropped us off to the airport promptly . I would use this service again because Martin went above and beyond he helped us unload our luggage and was fast when serving customers.
