Hello
The car was booked with pick up and returning point Sofia Airport. In reality it is not from Sofia Airport, they pick you by van (shuttle bus) and drive you to the rental company’s office. You don’t know how far and how long is it. They inform you about shuttle bus (not more info) after you make your booking. You have to count it like 30-40 min process, my pick up was approximately 1 hour ( including driving and waiting on the queue) . Returning of the car and lift to the airport was shorter.
General service is good, the car was exactly what I book, except car returning rules and extra charge for early returning of the car.
The reason of they charge me extra 24 euros is I return the car 07:00 o’clock instead of 10:00 o’clock (3 hours earlier from end of my booking time) wich is reasonable , of course no one will wait till last minutes of the booking period. I made my booking on a toprentacar’s partner web page, there is not shown they will charge you extra if you return the car earlier than your booking period. I have booked cars many times and with non of them I had such a problem, always was possible to return the car in any time of the booking period. Interesting case and company rules they have in toprentacar .
Just count 24 euros plus on your booking if you will rent a car from them and be ready to use more time to pick up and return back the car.

Poniakoga se nalaga chovek da zakasniava dali ste e zadrastvane ili nechto drugo ne bi triabvalo da ima i drugi taksi naprimer taksata za zakasnenie s polovin chas tova ne mi haresa . Ste bade po dobre ako ni se otdade vazmojnost pone edin chas za zakasnenie koito da ne se taksuva . Zastoto kogato as varnah kolata posledniat pat predi 2 godini ja varnach pone 3 ili 5 dni po ranno ne polichih nikakva ostapka . Tova ne mi haresa samo v zialata situazia .
As triabva6e da tragna ot Varna za Sofia i tova s malko bebe . Popitah po telefona dali moga da varna kolata v Varna zastoto iskahme s saprugata si da otletim ot Varna za Sofia triabvache da zaplatia 160 € ekstra . Tova mnogo ni zatrudni i triabvache da karam do Sofia pochti 7 chasa za da izbegna tova dopalnitelno pla6tane . Sled kato i v Varna ima sachtat firma .
Tova beche mnogo goliamo neudobstvo kam klienta i to s malko bebe na 1 godina .

Im Golden customer and I only use top rent car in bulgaria. 2 days ago I called to extend my rental and call center said I cannot because it is booked though I went online and found many cars and actually booked a similar one. So had to drive today to head office 30 minutes to return the car and take a similar one. That was bad.
When I wanted to return the car today the guy on the return said there is scratch on the trim and wanted to charge me 900 euros and then charged me 450 euros. It is my right to take the old one if that is the case but he said cars are very busy and we cannot stop them to change the rim.
When I wanted to take the new car they said my ID is expired I explained that the new one is being printed but I had to go 1 hour to hotel to bring my passport and come back. I wasted half of a day on all of this just to get nearly same car as the one I had and pay more than 450 euros for a scratch on the trim.

Very good and friendly and explains everything in english very well. The only challenge was the printer was not working and had to wait long for it to be fixed. Everything else was very good.

Good collection process and very helpful staff in Sofia. But terrible drop off and unfair taxation.

Kris was very helpful in explaining the process and rules of renting the vehicle.
This Aleks guy was nowhere to be found. Stayed there for 30min looking for him. In the end I just dropped the keys and docs behind the computer on the stand in the airport. I also believe I was taxed £30 extra for “difference in petrol”. That is the price of almost a full tank - the car was given back with roughly 92% petrol remaining!

Be careful - staff fraud
rent for 9 days cost 130 euros and when returning the car I paid 50 euros for cleaning the interior - the receptionist said that there were greasy stains on the back seat (although this is not obvious, it was rain at that time and I did not see different from the rain stains).
But the employee who accepted the car said that he found stains (I was waiting in the office at that time).
I used the car very carefully.
I know 100 percent that I did not use the back seat during the rental period and I understand that the staff is dishonest.
Therefore, I advise everybody to take photos of all sides of the car, outside and inside.
When you have a deposit at the time of return and the workers will return (or want to detain if you refuse claims). Especially when you don’t have time for proceedings and it’s raining heavily.

За съжаление оценката ни клони към най- лошата възможна.
Колата по наша оценка бе технически неизправна или доработвана, в резултат на което бе трудна за управление и имахме ситуация, в резултат на която, при други обстоятелства, можехме да загинем. Надявахме се на замяна на автомобила, която не бе направена.
Колата имаше освен доработваните педали и два скрити дефекта- пропаднала шофьорска врата и нефункционираща система за почистване на задното стъкло.
Ние сме дългогодишни Ваши наематели с досегашни превъзходни впечатления. Разочарованието ни е голямо.

Автомобила освен горепосоченото имаше и " отворен" технически преглед, които бордната система регистрираше, но не бе забелязан от Вашият служител. Вратата на шофьора и системата за почистване на задното стъкло също.
При вземането на автомобила ни беше препоръчана TOPPROTECTION, която направихме, но тя нищо не ни помогна, когато констатирахме проблема с педалите.
Бих искал да не давам тази оценка, защото в 05:00 часа на Лъчезар се струпаха пет автомобила за връщане едновременно. Един служител- пет коли! И в момента, когато всички заедно се струпаха, той пък вече имаше клиент, за получаване на кола!!- пълна бъркотия. Възникна конфликт между клиентите, защото всеки се притесняваше за това, да не си изпусне самолета. Момчето намери някакъв компромисен изход. Обективно погледнато неговата оценка би била " отличен", а на организацията от фирмата- " най- лоша".
