Iliana was exceptional, if it wasn't for her I would not have known about the charge, she dealt with the accounts department promptly on my behalf, which saved me much grief when I returned to the uk, very good employee.
Stefan was very uncommunicative. There were no problems with the car though so it was all very simple but again the customer service was not aspiring.
As noted above! My husband was shown the list of charges stating that "heavy dirt" would be charged for at 30 euros. The agent then proceeded to say that as it wasnt heavy dirt he would "only" charge 40 bgn for the sand!! Light dirt isn't listed on the charge sheet. It's a disgrace!! How are we supposed to clean sand out of the car when we're on holiday???
I know it was 4am but no conversation and unfriendly.
He tried to tell us we had not filled up but we took the car back with more petrol in than when we got it. He upset me with his attitude.
