Hey. We rented the car from you for the first time. At the sales booth we were told to return the vehicle by 11:30 am. Our flight was at 6 in the morning and we returned the car around 04:30 in the morning. The employee was not nice. Took another 24 euros because it's night time. No one told us this while we returned the vehicle many hours ahead of schedule. Very disappointed.

Extremely slow and Ridiculously Meticulous and out of proportion for what is needed. Lack any sense of customer services. Created a huge cue to the point people just gave up and move to other companies. Took him 27 minutes ( after standing 15 minutes in the cue!) to get the papers ready!!!! CRAZY guy. He kept telling me that this is his job and this is how he needs to do it.

I fulled the car twice, once at the night before the flight (early at the morning) and again (secondly) at the morning but the tank sensor showed that the car is not full, I explained this to Bogolyub but he said that he need a recipe, I didn't have it because I didn't asked for one because I payed only 2 euro at the second try. anyway the car sensor is not working properly. I even wanted to return to the gas station but when I wanted to get out from the airport i understand that i need to pay parking on the airport according to Bogolyub I should pay that too, anyway have running out of time and this lead me to pay 25 euro more then Ieeded to

The worst rental company I purchased from.
You charge me 150€ for driving to Greece Even though I mentioned in the reservation and I received confirmation when I return the car the address wes not clear and the car gps took as to another place so we got late for 30 minutes and you charge me for half day rental.

The pickup agent said that if i don't buy extra insurance from you i might be liable for any damage that is my fault, despite my voucher saying i have cdw, tp and 3rd party insurance with a limited excess. He ignored the voucher and refused to look at it. I see this as pure fraudulent behaivior and a breach of contract.

Thieves and crooks! Don't order anything! I booked a car with full insurance on the same site. Paid in one payment. Upon receiving the car, the clerk offered to buy full insurance from them. I said that I paid for it in advance. He said that I did not buy it from them, but from another company. But I paid for everything! What difference does it make to me! Upon delivery, they did not check the car because it was wet after the rain. A few days later they sent an invoice for some scratches. I am 100% sure that nothing happened. They give me the phone number of their "partner", where the car was insured. rentalcars. Who can pay attention when ordering that this is one letter more in the name! Nobody answers there! There is no email to write to. In short, thieves, crooks and crooks!!!

When we took the car, Kristian signed us for things that seemed unnecessary.
But mostly he didn't say and didn't mention at any point that when returning a car late at night, you have to pay an additional fee.
We only realized this when returning the car when Pavel ask for a payment of 25€ for returning it late at night.
It should be noted that this payment was also not mentioned in the registration of the car booking on the Rental Cars website.
It really disappointed us, even though it's a relatively small amount, it felt like a steal.

вы мошенники и воры! я снял у вас джип 4*4 и когда пробил колесо на дороге на второй день аренды вы отказазали мне в оплате эвакуатора. я заплатил 200 долларов своих денег за эвакуатор.у меня полное покрытие. вы мне не вернули депозит и дополнительно сняли с моей карточки без разрешения 2500 долларов. вы воры. я везде буду писать о вашей фирме и верну свои деньги!

я даже не видел сотрудника после того как эвакуатор забрал машину. я сам платил за эвакуатор. я ждал новую машину до 12 часов следующего дня но мне ничего не присали и даже не сообщили и дополнительно без моего разрешения сняли еще с карточки 2500 долларов! я всем посоветую не пользоваться вашей мошенической и воровской конторы!
