Renting with you in Varna is totally different from Sofia. I was standing waiting in line for more than 50 minutes until I was attended. Your employee made a mistake when collecting the money from the deposit of 300 euros and instead of that I was charged again on the credit card. A charge of 600 BGN appears on my credit card that I hope will be returned soon.
When returning the car, the employee in the office told me that it is not possible to return the deposit and that it will be done at 7:00 in the morning, the time at which I am no longer in Bulgaria.
Now to wait for my money, Very bad experience for a GOLD client who will soon be PLATINUM

Immobilizer had bad contacts on the mountain (Ski resort). I couldn't start the car to get back to the city. Whatsapp customer service was horrible and all the could offer was youtube videos and playing with the key on the dashboard. Had to take a taxi to Bansko with the remote to get it fixed. Wasted hours that should not be wasted on a brand new car.
Unrightfully overcharged 70 euros for car cleanness upon return, The car was given back with a reasonable use cleanness level (I have photos)
Very disappointing customer service, Very.

We waited in line around half an hour to get the car. In addition, the service man that recieved the car 08:35 this morning was irritable and impolite. It felt as if he projects his anger on costumers. Other than these two issues everything was good. In my next visit I will try to rent a car at a different company.

Hi, I got the car from a nice woman named Tifani, the car was good the experience was definitely good, but the ending experience was bad and ruined everything, a guy named Svetoslav I think, got the car and since I had to go back to the hotel near the airport I agreed with the hotel that their driver would pick me up me, I asked Svetoslav to help me and just call or let me call the hotel (I had no way to call from my phone) but he flatly refused to help me and replied that he is not allowed to call for things not related to work, I explained to him that it was just one short phone call, and in my opinion to help the customer That he paid and returned a Zev car was definitely within the scope of work, but he flatly refused and said that he had to move on to take care of other customers and that he didn't have time. It was really insulting. We had to go back up to your company's counter and there a nice guy immediately called the hotel

We rented the car with the wifi promotion only to find out its not available with any of the cars, we were informed about that only on our arrival to the pick up, we needed the mobile wifi to continue our journey and we couldn't find places due to only having weak gps signal.
When we arrived to the pick up we were greeted rudely with a bad attitude just to make us go away, after we asked kindly it is a problem for us to not have the wifi and if it is possible to have a different car with gps vencislav said it is either we take the car or cancel and that we can use carplay, which works poorly without internet. With no other choice we needed to find the car alone without directions and found extra damages that were not stated in the report. we searched again for vencislav that was out of the office, when we found him he told us to take pictures and that he wont add it to the initial report that was handed to us.
Other than that the car was good.
