Офиса на Т1 беше затворен, Шатъл бус изобщо не ме очакваше.
След като им се обадих и чаках над 30 мин и после отново до Т2 , след което до офиса…след 1 час получих автомобила.
При положение, че съм заявил и номер на полет.
Организацията относно шатъла трябва да се подобри !

Нова и хубава кола, но тук свършват хубавите преживявания. При пристигането 30 мин. търсихме шатъла. След обаждане в офиса и съдействие от дежурната служителка успяхме да се намерим. Изгубихме почти цял час. При предаването изгубихме точно 40 минути. Лоша локация на централния офис, оживена улица, а пред паркинга всичко задръстено с паркирани коли. Разминаване само с маневри. Казаха че са премахнали локацията в Терминал 2, заради скъп наем на местата в паркинга.
А изгубеното време на клиента не струва ли пари ?????
Аз съм дългогодишен клиент но вече НЕ ПРЕПОРЪЧВАМ

During the high tourist season, unexpected delays in our shuttle service can indeed occur, however it happens rarely. Your feedback is important to us, as we are continuously working to improve our processes to ensure more efficient services for our customers.
To offer more flexibility to our customers, we have recently introduced two different ways to pick up our rental cars, as described on our website. You can now choose between airport pick-up, which incurs an additional fee due to the increased airport fees and rents imposed by landlords, or office pick-up. При наемането на колата не получих никакво обяснение за използването на колата, дори не беше показана въпросната кола, а някаква друга паркирана кола, тъй като служителя не искаше да излезе от офиса, това е фирмената политика!
При връщането беше всичко позитивно, културно и на ниво. Благодаря

Служителя беше много културен, професионален, учтив, но не пожела да ми покаже колата,както и да обясни кратко функциите на колата. Не излезе от офиса, първо ме изпрати до погрешна кола, след това въпреки грешката си , отново ме изпрати сама до друга кола, която също трябваше до огледам. След запитване, получих отговор, че това е фирмена политика и служителите не излизат от офиса…?! Много жалко!

Според сключеният договор трябваше да получа колата на аерогара София Т2 и да я върна там. Беше ми обяснено при пристигане че заради променени условия не мога да получа колата на аерогарата ами че трябва да бъда откарана до гаража на Toprentacar. Специално избрах услуга в интернет за наем на кола от и до аерогараСофия. След усилени дискусии ми беше позволено да върна колата на аерогарата. Toprentacar на летището работи 24/7 само че внимавайте с работното им време! Въпреки че за Т2 в интернет пише че е отворено 24ч (за Т1 работното време е от 9ч-17ч) взимат такса от 24eur aко колата се върне предварително, извън часовете за работно време на Т1! Аз върнах колата в Т2 и въпреки това ми взеха 24eur за връщане на колата в 6:50 вместо до 9:00.

Abholung am Flughafen mit dem Shuttlebus vom Vermieter hat reibungslos geklappt. Sehr guter pick - up! Kindersitze im Shuttlebus wären natürlich auch nicht schlecht.
Abgabe im Parkhaus stark verbesserungswürdig. Unsere Kinder sind 2 und 4 und wir mussten mit dem öffentlichem Shuttlebus (total überfüllt) fahren. Vorher noch das gesamte Gepäck zur Busstation schleppen. Lt. Aussage der Mitarbeiterin am Telefon wäre dies bequem möglich. Dem wiedersprechen wir komplett. Auch hier sollte (zumindest Reisende mit Kindern und älteren Leuten) eine interne Shuttlelösung angeboten werden. 3 Top Rent a car Mitarbeiter standen im Parkhaus, keiner machte Anstalten uns wirklich zu helfen. Hr. Gospodin hat nur sein Standardprogramm abgespult. Ihm war es ziemlich egal...so wäre es halt...
Abgesehen davon ein sehr guter Leihwagen mit guter Ausstattung und sehr guter Qualität.

We booked airport car pickup and drop off. Arrived at the airport we were told the car had to be picked up at the head office. We would have to take the metro one station with all our luggage and then lug all our luggage along a badly paved road when it was raining!
The agent praised us for being the first customers during his 2 year electric car experience to bring back a car with 96% battery state of charge :-)

The Mokka is not recommended for people with no experience with electromobility. Without a navigation system on board you have to know which app to use (I use ABRP) Beginners should use the VW ID3

Since when booking you indicated that you would take the car from the main office, it was provided to you there. We are able to provide a car at our office at the airport if you specify it when making a reservation.
As for the car, our fleet is quite large and we have a lot of cars for every taste with different technical characteristics, type of coupe, so that each of our clients can choose a comfortable car for themselves based on their preferences.
