I don't think it was this guy but I was charged unreasonably. I will take this service and extra charges into account when booking again.
The same applies You must get a service responsibility & a contract in English language that is the international business language I was surprised that the answer from Boris was that he had worked in London & they didygive contract in Bulgarian language Total insultation
Due to the problem I experienced I didn’t get any help or support or understanding from this employer. Dealing with him was rather unpleasant.
There was no flexibility.
There was noone at the drop-off. I called the company and was told it was fine, just to drop the keys. Now 5 days later they state there is damage to the car even though I was told I had full protection. I was supposed to call the police for an accident that did not happen.
