I was charged for 150€ for damages, that I did not do, and even noticed for them to the agent on the parking.
I demand a refund of the fine paid. the agent insisted that the damage was done by me, because they did not have a photo. but it's the agent's problem to have a photo of the damage, not mine.

This time for a first time I was very disappointed. Overall I had the car I booked , nice clean and new however everything went wrong on the drop off due to some scratches happened overnight out of my knowledge. Even though I have paid full insurance with Top rent a car , it wasn’t valid because I didn’t have any paperwork from the police. To get this paperwork is a nightmare if there’s no accident involved. However READ your contact and what you pay money for DO NOT buy insurance with them . The insurance policy is a scam that is made for the company to make more money either buy making you getting it or keeping the deposit. So my advice is buy it elsewhere.Otherwise the company is good and the cars fantastic.

When we arrived to pick up the car we were greeted pleasantly and offered a bottle of water and umbrellas. Weather was horrible, it was raining heavily. Due to rain the hand over was quick and we were assured that it was documented in the check list that the staff member did not spend much time to inspect the car due to weather conditions. When we left I noted that the fuel level was not 100% but the gauge was below the full line. My partner has confirmed that to me. At the end of our holiday we were driving back from Gabrovo. We made sure we won't miss the last OMV station before airport to fill it up. I am not local and I dont know how many more petrol stations are near the airport in Varna and had no time to waste as we have flight to catch. We arrived and handed over the key and car documents. We were asked to wait to do the inspection. When the assistant returned we were confronted that fuel wasn't to the top and there will be additional €50 charge. They insisted that I should sign and pay. After few exchange of words I refused to sign as the fuel level was the same as when we picked the car up but this had not been documented. I said I have no time to argue and I will make a complaint. This is the oldest trick in book to try to get more money out of the customer. And I was furious to learn thats how you treat your customers. I have just seen that my credit card has been charged £13,80 and I am not happy at all. I can assure you if this is not refunded back I shall use every social media platform to tell the world how you take advantage of your customers and use old tricks to charge your customers more. This is unacceptable.

Company has decided to charge us over 500 euros 5 days after car was dropped off stating that there was damage to the car. We paid for full compensation but because we do not have a police report (for an accident that did not happen), it voids the protection.

Took a bit to get the car but no problems there. car was parked between another car and a tree so hard to inspect but I asked the guy to confirm I had full protection so thought nothing to worry about.
There was noone at the drop-off. I called the company and was told it was fine, just to drop the keys. Now 5 days later they state there is damage to the car even though I was told I had full protection. I was supposed to call the police for an accident that did not happen.

I brought the car back full of diesel. The gauge was not working properly. I filled up twice once when I entered Sofia and again as I noticed the top line on the gauge was not working. I use your company at least 4 times a year. I am a very good customer. I will never use your company again I am disgusted

Booked a guaranteed ford fiesta but was given a C3
Paperwork was not in english, so was forced to sign documents I could not understand.
