How did you feel when you found out you were named “Employee of the Month”?
It feels great, but to be completely honest, the award was something I expected. Having received this recognition several times before, it wasn’t really a surprise – it was more of a natural acknowledgment of the effort I put in every single day. I’m happy that the company appreciates and values my work.
What do you think this award is a result of?
The secret can be summed up in one word: consistency. I don’t believe in accidental success or giving your best for just one day. Success comes from taking small but meaningful steps every day and maintaining a high level of professionalism regardless of the circumstances.
What’s the most interesting request you’ve ever received from a customer?
Our customers are incredibly diverse, and every day brings something different. However, one request has always stayed with me. A customer seriously asked whether they could rent one of our cars and… drive it all the way to Africa for a vacation.

Automatic.
What’s one thing you never come to work without?
Coffee and my employee badge.
