It was awarded to a total of 4 car rental employees who showed impeccable results for the entire past year of 2022.
After the rental of each of our clients is over, we make sure that they will receive a survey in their email, through which they will have the opportunity to evaluate the service provided to them by various criteria. Based on the rating that the customer leaves for the service he received, the performance rating of each car rental employee is formed.
Viktor Gospodinov is a Varna agent and has been an integral part of the Top Rent A Car family for almost 3 years. He defines himself as an ambitious, inquisitive, and positive person.
