Terms and Conditions

THE RATES INCLUDE:

• Unlimited mileage

• Third Party Liability valid for all the countries from the European Union (EU)

• Paid all road taxes for the territory of Republic Bulgaria

• 24 hours road assistance on the territory of Republic Bulgaria

• CDW – reduces the renter’s liability in case of damage of the vehicle up to the amount of the deposit (excess). CDW is valid only valid if a protocol from the Police Authorities is presented. Does not cover damage to the vehicle due to driving under the influence of alcohol, other intoxicating substances or due to violation of the Bulgarian Traffic Laws.

• TP – reduces the renter’s liability in case of theft of the vehicle up to the amount of the deposit (excess). TP is valid only if a protocol from the Police Authorities is presented and the car keys and documents are returned.

• Airport surcharge

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Renter’s personal requirements:
Renter must have held a full driving license for a minimum of 3 years. Minimum driver’s age – 23 year, Identity Documents (ID card, passport, credit card)

Rental period:
Minimal rental period: 24 hours. If the vehicle is returned after the end of the period without notice in advance, the Renter will be charged as follow: until 1 hour – free of charge; 1-4 hours – rate for half day; 4 hours and more – rate for a whole day.

Young drivers:
Drivers under 23 years must pay additional “Young driver” fee per day and must leave higher deposit – 100% more than the normal. Restrictions may apply.

Method of payment and security deposit :
During the booking process you can complete a partial prepayment (15% of the total price) or a full prepayment using a credit card, Paypal or WebMoney. Your credit card will be balanced with the text “Modul EOOD” – our company name.
If a partly prepayment is chosen, the Renter must pay the remaining price during the pick-up. The accepted methods of payment are Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Borica or cash payment.
During the pick-up the Renter must also leave security deposit with a credit card (Visa or MasterCard) issued in his name, which is different for the different car groups (200 – 500 EUR).

Insurance:

• Super CDW+TP (Super Collision Damage waiver): Optional. Fully removes the renter’s liability in case of damage or theft of the vehicle (zero excess). Does not cover damage to tires, wheels, windshield, winodws and undercarriage. Only valid if the clients provides a protocol for the damage/theft of the vehicle from the Police authorities and if the vehicle`s documents and keys are returned.

• AI – Additional Insurance: Optional. Covers damage to tires, wheels, windshield and undercarriage.

• Super Cover: Includes all mentioned above (Super CDW+TP, AI).

Please note: In case of damage or theft of the vehicle the Renter is obligated to provide all needed documents/protocols from the Police authorities. Otherwise the Renter is liable for the full amount of the respective damages or the full insurance amount in case of total loss or theft. The renter is fully liable for partial theft, loss of parts, accessories. Super CDW+TP does not cover partial theft, loss of parts and accessories.
Lost vehicle documents/keys: A fine of 100 € applies (incl. loss of CD/Radio panel).
The interior of the vehicle is not included in the insurances and waivers.

Fuel:
The vehicle is rented with a full tank of fuel. Fuel consumption is payable by the Renter. In case the car is returned with less fuel than rented the Renter must pay for the missing fuel and an additional refueling fee of 10 €.

One-way rentals:
If the rented vehicle is returned to another city or office of Top Rent-A-Car additional charges may apply.
On request a vehicle can be delivered everywhere in Bulgaria.

Additional driver:
Additional drivers are allowed. Additional driver fee per day applies.

Additional accessories:
Baby seats/roof racks/snow chains, GPS navigation, etc. – charged per day.

Services in non working hours:
If the vehicle is rented or returned in non working hours an additional fee of 20.00 € applies. Working hours: Monday – Sunday 09:00h – 19:00h.

Border exit:
Border exits are available on advance request only. Additional fee of 80.00 € - 100.00 € applies, depending on the hired car group. The required security deposit is double. Some destinations are not allowed.

Cancellation/amendment and refund policy:
A confirmed booking can be cancelled/amended no less than 72 hours before the pick-up time free of charge.
In case of a booking cancellation less than 72 hours before the pick-up time a fee of 15% of the total rental price will be charged, but not less than the price for 1 rental day.

In case of no show no prepayment will be refunded.

If the booked vehicle is not available, an alternative vehicle from the same or a higher car group can be provided free of charge. All booking prepayments will be fully refunded, if an alternative vehicle can not be provided.
