My Top Rent A Car menu is the latest feature of our website. By creating My Top Rent A Car menu we make it easier and more convenient for all our clients to book a car and manage the booking online.


Every customer who makes a reservation in our website receives username and password as soon as he completes the reservation. Please, check your e-mail after you make a booking. It doesn’t matter which payment method you choose or if you sent us just a quotation.
Once you have successfully logged into your account, you will notice that your name appears in the head of the website. Anytime you can click on your name and go in “My Top Rent A Car” section. Here you can:
  • Check your booking status
  • Check your booking history
  • View and print your voucher
  • Amend your booking
  • Cancel your booking
  • Change your password
When you complete your booking, we receive a copy of it and send you a reply in 24 hours. After we confirm the booking your booking status will automatically change to „Confirmed”
The booking voucher is your document proving that you have booked a car in our company. We e-mail to you your booking voucher with the booking confirmation. You can see what is included in the rental, all the booking details, what you have paid and what needs to be paid on your arrival. You need to show the booking voucher to our rental agents when you pick up your car.
Yes! Just log into your account and click on the “View my voucher” section.
One more convenient part of “My Top Rent A Car” menu is the “Amend my booking” section. If you, for example, need to change your Pick up time or add some extra like GPS, you just need to go to “Amend my booking” section and send us a message with the amendment. We will contact you shortly and the amended voucher will automatically be loaded in your “View my voucher” section. We will also send you the amended voucher to your e-mail.
You need to log in your account, go to “Cancel my booking” section and click on the cancel button. In your booking history you will see the status of the booking changed to red “Cancelled”.
When we create your account we use password generating software. We recommend after you receive our e-mail with your new username and password to log in your account and go to “Account settings” section. Here you can change the password with some easy to remember one.
