Car hire in Borovets

Unlike the built-up Bansko with its 10 000 people during the high season, Borovets is quiet, but good for skiing and hiking resort. The ski area in Borovets consist of two parts: the smaller area is serviced by two chairlifts, many drag tows and consists of nursery runs,  a couple of black runs, one long blue run and several short reds. The second ski area is much larger. It has a number of long blue and red runs. It is accessible via a Gondola. Black slopes are also available, but despite the high quality of the red and black runs, Borovets is considered to be mainly for beginners and intermediates. You can find several good ski schools and wide range activities.

The thick pine forests all around the resort are beautiful and still a preferred place for a winter holiday with its pure and refreshing mountain air. Borovets is drawing crowds of tourists during the high season, both locals and foreign, and is planning to reclaim its old glory with the ‘Super Borovets’ future project.
