Today’s Google logo is dedicated to the 200′s anniversary of the writer – Charles Dickens. Charles Dickens is english writer who has lived during the Victorian era and who is defined as the most important prose writer.
Dickens gaining popularity then, but his books are still read today. Some of the novels and characters of his works remain iconic for generations. The works of Charles Dickens reflect the childhood he had and show how the poor people live.Some of his most famous works include ”Oliver Twist”, “Christmas Carol” ”David Copperfield”.
In 1833 he published his first story - A Dinner at Poplar Walk, published in the London periodical Monthly Magazine.
In the logo today attend some of the characters in his novels, including Elizabeth Scrooge, Bob Cratchit and Pipe.
